B2C Business Performance and Planning Manager Business: Nespresso Contract: Permanent Start Date: Asap Position Summary The B2C Business Performance and Planning Manager is responsible for driving the business planning process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely planning and optimize business performance to support our growth objectives. The role involves executing all relevant performance analyses, identifying opportunities, and support the development of actionable plans. You will report to the B2C Commercial Director and be part of the B2C department of Nestlé Belgilux/Benelux. A day in the life of a B2C Business Performance and Planning Manager Leads the planning (OP & forecast) process to ensure accurate and timely financial planning. Develop, maintain and adjust forecasting models to ensure accurate planning Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Channel Managers, Marketing, Finance & Supply chain) to align departmental goals with overall business strategy. Monitor performance against OP, forecast and previous year (on a daily, monthly and yearly basis), providing insights and recommendations for corrective actions as needed. Leads the Monthly Sales Review process. Analyze B2C performance data and metrics to identify trends & opportunities Analyse sales performance on daily basis & develop necessary dashboards Collect & analyse market information Collect data and deliver daily reports on standard channel KPIs Provide insight and actionable recommendations to the Channel Managers to improve performance. Advise on possible outcome by quantifying opportunities. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management to facilitate informed decision-making. Communicate effectively with senior leadership regarding business performance and planning activities.
