Within its Marketing & Communication department, the Digital Marketing team is responsible for strengthening digital visibility, driving brand awareness, generating leads and supporting business growth through impactful digital campaigns and customer journeys.To reinforce the team, we are looking for an experienced Paid Media Marketing Expert who can drive strategic media initiatives, optimise campaign performance and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across marketing, media and digital teams.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement and monitor paid media strategies and campaigns focused on awareness, consideration and business growth objectivesTranslate business and marketing objectives into effective media strategies, KPI frameworks and tactical media plansCollaborate closely with media and creative agencies to challenge and optimise media strategies, campaign execution and budget allocationLead media negotiations with agencies, publishers and sales houses to maximise ROI and secure the best commercial conditionsMonitor campaign performance, analyse results and share learnings to continuously improve future campaignsEnsure smooth coordination of campaigns from strategy and planning through execution, reporting and evaluationManage media budgets, cost optimisation initiatives and annual media agreementsCoordinate tagging and measurement implementation together with analytics teamsMaintain strong relationships with external media partners and stay informed on market trends, innovations and best practicesSupport digital marketing stakeholders and collaborate in agile working environments with both marketing and IT teamsEnsure administrative excellence through accurate reporting, invoicing follow-up and contract managementExperience & CompetencesExperienceMinimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing and paid mediaStrong expertise in media planning, media buying and negotiationExperience working in complex digital marketing environmentsExperience collaborating with agencies, analytics teams and cross-functional stakeholdersFamiliarity with agile ways of workingExperience in financial services or highly regulated environments is considered a strong assetTechnical CompetencesStrong knowledge of digital marketing and paid media ecosystemsExperience with campaign measurement, optimisation and reportingFamiliarity with Google Ads, CM360, DV360 and social media advertising platformsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsSoft SkillsStrategic and helicopter-view mindsetStrong stakeholder management skillsStructured and detail-oriented approachResults-driven and quality-focusedAdaptable and open to changeStrong leadership and collaboration skillsLanguagesFluent in EnglishFluent in either Dutch or French, with good understanding of the other national languageWho are we?EOLIS GROUP is a Digital and Marketing In-housing Company that helps its clients grow their own in-house digital & marketing capabilities.
