About the Role
The successful candidate will have extensive experience of managing large construction projects, preferably in the Life Sciences and/or Mission Critical sectors. They will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the day-to-day site activities of contractors, ensuring that they complete their contracts in terms of safety, quality, schedule, cost, and documentation.
* Coordinate and monitor contractor weekly reports.
* Participate in regular project meetings to ensure smooth project execution.
* Collaborate with other team members to identify and mitigate potential risks.
The Project Coordinator - Contracts will also be responsible for tracking and reviewing contractor manpower loading, sequence of working, and coordination plan to determine if the contract is working efficiently and provide feedback to the contract administrator.

Requirements
We are seeking a degree-educated or exceptionally strong trades background individual with at least twenty years' experience in the Construction Services sector.
* Experience in the Life Sciences and/or Mission Critical sectors essential.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Good knowledge of Dutch, French, and English.
