In this role, you will de-risk early-stage innovation through rapid validation, ensuring that only high-potential concepts progress. You will define and shape the Innovation Lab, driving meaningful outcomes by accelerating the journey from idea to implementation and embedding innovation into business-as-usual or external partnerships. /p pYou will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Patient Solutions innovation. This is a unique opportunity to drive meaningful change, accelerate digital innovation, and deliver tangible impact for patients by bringing new ideas to life and scaling what works. /p h3Who You’ll Work With /h3 pYou will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Patient Solutions, digital and business teams, as well as external partners. You will collaborate with senior leaders to align innovation initiatives with strategic priorities and ensure successful scaling of validated solutions. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liLead innovation strategy and prioritise high-impact opportunities /li liDrive rapid validation of digital ideas and solutions /li liEstablish governance, KPIs, and transparent prioritisation frameworks /li liDeliver prototypes with clear go/no-go decisions and scaling plans /li liManage risk through borrow, buy, or build development approaches /li /ul h3Interested?
