Sales Contract Assistant - 20-24u/week
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Dutch & English speaking Sales Contract Assistant.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
1. Providing administrative support for vendor onboarding processes, including managing and completing customer vendor forms.
2. Ensuring accurate registration on customer portals in compliance with internal guidelines
3. Coordinate complex questionnaires with relevant stakeholders
4. Troubleshoot and resolve onboarding or registration challenges
5. Internal communication to stakeholders on all above

6. Fluent in English (spoken and written)
7. IT-savvy: proficiency in various software tools
8. Accurate, proactive, strong organizational skills and solutions oriented

10. Part time position preferably to be filled half a day each day (50%) or 3 days a week (60%)
