Marketing Growth Manager
Memorae · Andorra la Vella (on-site) · Full-time
About Memorae
Memorae is building the AI memory layer for everyday life. Our agent lives where people already are — WhatsApp, Telegram, email, and our native app — capturing, organizing, and acting on the things users don't want to forget.
We serve hundreds of thousands of users across 60+ countries and we're growing fast. We're an international, venture-backed team headquartered in Andorra, building one of the most ambitious consumer AI products in Europe.
The Role
We're scaling paid acquisition aggressively, and we need a Growth Manager who can own performance marketing end-to-end. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for an operator who thinks in CAC, LTV, and ROAS, lives inside the ad accounts and the analytics, and treats growth as a system of experiments rather than a series of one-off campaigns.
You'll work closely with leadership and the creative team, with direct, measurable impact on how the company grows.
What You'll Do
* Own and scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and emerging channels — managing significant monthly budgets with full accountability for spend efficiency.
* Design, run, and analyze a continuous pipeline of growth experiments across the funnel: ad creative, landing pages, onboarding, activation, and monetization.
* Build and maintain rigorous reporting on CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback periods, and cohort retention — and turn that data into clear decisions.
* Partner with the creative team to brief, test, and iterate on high-volume ad creative as a continuous "creative engine."
* Own attribution and measurement: work through the real-world messiness of multi-channel tracking, pixel and server-side data, and incrementality.
* Optimize the full conversion funnel, from acquisition through activation, subscription, and retention.
* Collaborate on lifecycle and retention marketing (email, push, in-app) to lift activation and reduce churn.
* Forecast spend and outcomes, and report growth performance to leadership.
Requirements
* 4+ years in growth or performance marketing, ideally at a B2C app, subscription, or consumer-tech company.
* A proven track record managing substantial paid budgets on Meta and Google, with strong, measurable ROAS/CAC outcomes.
* Deep analytical skills: comfortable with cohort analysis, LTV/CAC modeling, funnel metrics, and attribution; highly fluent with spreadsheets and analytics tools.
* Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, plus familiarity with tracking and attribution setups (pixels, server-side events, MMPs).
* A genuine experimentation mindset — you design clean tests, read results honestly, and scale only what works.
* Strong collaboration with creative teams; you understand that paid performance is driven by creative volume and quality.
* Excellent written and spoken English (our working language).
* Based in, or willing to relocate to, Andorra la Vella — this is an on-site role.
* Bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and the resilience to thrive in a fast-moving startup.
Nice to Have
* Experience with consumer AI, productivity, or messaging-based products.
* Familiarity with subscription pricing, trials, and monetization optimization.
* Working knowledge of SQL (or eagerness to learn).
* Experience with lifecycle/CRM tooling (email, push, automation).
* Additional languages (Spanish, Catalan, or French).
What We Offer
* A high-ownership role with direct impact on company growth and direct access to leadership.
* A fast-scaling, well-funded consumer AI product with real traction.
* Competitive salary and benefits. (Compensation details to be discussed.)
* Relocation support to Andorra — one of Europe's safest, most beautiful, and most tax-efficient places to live, in the heart of the Pyrenees.
* An ambitious, international team with high talent density.
