What Will You Do?
* Oversee the planning, development, and launch of multiple websites built on WordPress and other platforms, ensuring they meet client goals and industry standards
* Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction
* Work with designers, developers, SEO specialists, and content creators to deliver projects on time and within budget
* Review and approve all work to ensure accessibility, SEO best practices, and overall quality
* Continuously improve workflows to enhance efficiency and project outcomes
Requirements
Must-haves:
* At least 2 years of experience managing WordPress development projects in a digital marketing agency
* Professional-level English proficiency
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or a related field
* Strong knowledge and experience in WordPress development, as well as familiarity with other CMS platforms
* Strong organizational and project management skills
Nice-to-haves:
* Experience in custom WordPress plugin development project management
* Coding experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or other web dev languages
Work-timings:
* Able to provide at least 7 hours of overlap with the 9 am-5 pm EST workday (Monday - Friday)
