To support the Food Technology RA & Labelling department we are looking to hire a new collaborator handling the provision of translation and advisory services to deliver client driven work and support the team in the same. Primarily focused on (but not limited to) labeling services.
* Responsibilities: Co-ordinate a project or specific set of tasks related to the business unit as it pertains to labelling services and other related programs. Provide technical, translation and administrative support for client-driven project activities. Draft, edit and prepare correspondence, reports and other material using word processing, spreadsheets and/or databases
* Manage food label and compliance projects in line with client requirements. Review compliance labelling information such as nutrition fact tables, ingredient lists, allergen information and any other required information.
* Support building, developing and growing any business relationships vital to the success of the project or new and existing business.
* Qualifications: Degree in Food Science, Nutrition or related discipline
* Knowledge of food labelling principles, practices and regulations
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Fluent in Dutch + good command of French and English. Knowledge of additional languages would be an advantage (eg German)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Ability to work in a hybrid team across EMEA
* Demonstrable organizational and prioritization skills
Hybrid role from our Diegem Office (3days/week)
