We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to spearhead our revolutionary product GroundIQ. The role will be crucial in expanding our global footprint within the Architecture Engineering and Construction (AEC) sector, taking the lead in key priority markets including infrastructure, energy and critical minerals.

GroundIQ is a smart way to map and model what’s under the ground faster, easier, and more sustainably than ever before. It combines state‑of‑the‑art ground imaging with targeted geotechnical observations, reducing the need for extensive exploratory site investigation programs.
The successful candidate will shape sales strategies, lead their development within cross‑regional teams, and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company, demonstrating ambition and energy to expand into new markets and client types.
Travel requirement: 30-50% global travel.
Key Responsibilities

Expand the company’s global footprint in the AEC sector.
Lead sales strategies in key priority markets (infrastructure, energy, critical minerals).
Develop and execute sales plans across cross‑regional teams.
Contribute to the overall growth strategy and identify new market and client opportunities.
Manage client relationships, navigating the AEC industry to identify geo‑data value.
Travel 30-50% globally.
Qualifications

Degree in a civil‑related discipline.
Understanding of the entire asset development cycle with a proven track record in developing project opportunities.
Strong industry network with ability to grow it to enable sales.
Ideal: experience as a consultant for an international engineering consultancy firm.
Comprehensive understanding of diverse markets; vigilance in tracking industry trends, regulations, and emerging prospects.
Exceptional client‑management skills to navigate the AEC industry and identify geo‑data value (map‑model‑monitor).
Positive attitude and ability to create a motivating work environment.
