Business Development Strategy
Support execution of business development strategy for M&A practice
Identify growth opportunities within existing client relationships
Partner with senior stakeholders across multiple European offices
Pitches & Opportunity Management (Core Focus)
Drive end-to-end delivery of pitches, proposals, and RFP responses
Maintain and track pipeline activity via CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)
Marketing & Client Engagement
Support organisation of events, webinars, and client initiatives
Contribute to visibility campaigns and brand positioning
Assist with directory submissions and external rankings
Content & Market Insights
Develop tailored marketing materials and credentials
Utilise internal data and market intelligence to support BD initiatives
Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as a trusted advisor to senior partners and internal teams
Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
Work closely within an international BD network
Profiel
Candidate Profile Experience
5-10 years in Business Development, Marketing, or related roles
Experience within professional services environments (e.g. law firms, consulting, advisory)
Exposure to transactional or corporate practice areas
Sector Knowledge
Strong understanding of M&A or corporate environments
Additional exposure to competition, litigation, or regulatory practices is beneficial

Proven expertise in pitch and proposal management
Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced settings
