Your role

You own the full sales cycle on mid-market and enterprise accounts (€10M to €1B), from prospecting to closing.

Concretely, you’ll:

• Identify, prospect and convert new accounts (inbound and outbound).

• Run the full sales cycle: qualification, demo, negotiation, closing.

• Build long-term relationships with C-level, sustainability and procurement decision-makers.

• Invent new ways to generate leads: outbound, partnerships, events.

• Build a network of decision-makers in the verticals you own.

• Breathe AI to gain in speed, precision and efficiency — constantly.

• Work cross-functionally with every team (tech/product, service, AM, finance…).

• Test, iterate, test, iterate, test… and improve your approach continuously.


What we’re looking for

• 4+ years of B2B sales experience, mid-market or large cap.

• Experience on complex sales cycles, with a structured methodology (MEDDIC or equivalent).

• Ability to demonstrate concrete results achieved with AI in your work (prospecting, qualification, organisation, mini-apps…).

• SaaS experience is a plus.

• Results-driven, energised by sales and performance.

• Ambitious and a team player.

• Curious, resilient and a good listener.

Languages: fluent French and English required. Dutch is a significant asset.
