123Compare.me is a price integrity specialist serving the hospitality industry. We provide revenue and marketing solutions that help hotels protect their pricing integrity, eliminate rate disparities across distribution channels, and drive direct bookings. Our technology gives hotels and chains the tools they need to take back control of their pricing strategy and maximize their direct revenue potential.


The mission


Generate qualified pipeline. Full stop.


You'll be our only pure lead generation marketer and your job is to keep our sales team busy with high-quality conversations. Every campaign, asset, and channel you touch should ladder up to one number: meetings booked.


What you'll own


This is a full-funnel role — you won't specialize in one channel, you'll run the demand engine end-to-end:


* Inbound lead generation — landing pages, lead magnets, SEO content, conversion optimization.
* Outbound campaigns — sequence design, list building, ABM plays alongside sales.
* Paid acquisition — LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting (test, measure, scale what works).
* Email marketing & nurturing — newsletters, drip sequences, re-engagement.
* Marketing operations — funnel tracking in Odoo, attribution, dashboards, A/B testing.
* Budget ownership — own the marketing P&L: budget design, channel-level spend control, CAC, cost per MQL/SQL, and ROI per campaign.
* Sales enablement — equipping reps with the assets and intel they need to close.
* Event amplification — pre/post campaigns around our presence at HSMAI, ITB, Phocuswright, HPI roundtables (no travel required).


What success looks like


Our sales team is targeting ~16 meetings/day collectively in a 12-month project. Marketing is expected to feed a meaningful share of that calendar:


* 1200 MQLs/month delivered to sales.
* 300 SQLs/month sourced by marketing (qualified meetings booked).
* Marketing-sourced pipeline tracked end-to-end in Odoo, with clear ROI per channel.
* CAC and conversion rates improving quarter on quarter.


Tool stack


Odoo (CRM), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, Figma, Zapier — Apollo, Outreach, Lusha, SEMrushplus, whatever else gets the job done. We're tool-agnostic if you can show the ROI.


Who you are


Required


* 0–3 years of experience in B2B marketing (any sector — hospitality background not required).
* University degree.
* English C1/C2 — most of our market, content, and team communication is in English.
* Strong analytical mindset: comfortable with funnels, conversion math, and dashboards.
* Hands-on, autonomous, and biased toward shipping over polishing.
* AI-native workflow: daily, hands-on use of LLMs as a core working tool, not an occasional helper.


Valued


* Catalan.
* Postgrad in Digital Marketing, Growth, or similar.
* Exposure to marketing automation platforms (Marketo, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
* SQL or BI tool experience (Looker Studio, Metabase).
* Growth marketing or product marketing background.
* Curiosity about the hospitality / traveltech space.
* Built AI workflows that replace manual work (custom GPTs, Clay/Zapier + LLMs, agent automations).
