We are looking for a Procurement Officer / Junior Strategic Buyer to strengthen our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will combine hands-on procurement activities with supply chain analysis and improvement projects, helping to build a resilient, efficient, and future-proof supply chain.
Your Responsibilities
Procurement & Supplier Management
1. Request, compare, and analyze supplier quotations.
2. Create and manage purchase orders.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers.
4. Support supplier negotiations and contract management.
5. Monitor supplier performance, delivery reliability, quality, and service levels.
6. Identify new sourcing opportunities and suppliers.
7. Maintain accurate procurement data in ERP systems.
Supply Chain Analysis & Improvement
8. Monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs and performance metrics.
9. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and supply chain risks.
10. Develop recommendations to improve costs, lead times, inventory levels, and service performance.
11. Participate in continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives.
12. Collaborate closely with Operations, Logistics, Planning, Sales, and Finance.
13. Prepare reports and analyses to support strategic decision-making.
14. Contribute to the development of a scalable and efficient supply chain.
Profiel
Your Profile
15. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
16. First experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or operations is a plus.
17. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
18. Advanced Excel skills and affinity with ERP systems and data analysis.
19. Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
20. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
21. Fluent in English. additional languages are a plus.
22. Passion for cycling, sports, or active mobility is considered a strong asset
