You strengthen our people strategy, elevate our employee experience, and ensure that our HR practices support sustainable growth and a high-performance, values-driven culture. /p pYour mission is to anticipate talent needs, develop our people, enable leaders, and ensure that our HR frameworks, processes, and tools operate seamlessly at global scale. You challenge, advise, and support business leaders with clarity, credibility, and a strong understanding of our international business. /p pYou work closely with the Global HR Manager and collaborate with the wider HR team (Talent Acquisition, Payroll Administration, Learning Development, Employer Branding, HR Projects). /p h3Your role and impact /h3 h3Strategic HR Partnership /h3 ul liServe as a trusted advisor to international business leaders, guiding them on people strategy, team structure, leadership effectiveness, and workforce planning /li liTranslate business needs into concrete HR actions, ensuring alignment with Stanley/Stella’s values and long‑term objectives /li liDrive organizational development initiatives that support growth, efficiency, and collaboration across regions /li liSupport proactive talent pipeline building and succession planning across key functions /li /ul h3Learning, Development Performance /h3 ul liPartner with leaders to strengthen team capabilities and close skill gaps through structured development plans /li liCo‑design and deploy training programmes supporting our strategic pillars: Sustainability, Innovation, Quality, Leadership /li liEnsure a consistent, fair, and impactful performance cycle (goal‑setting, mid‑year, end‑year) /li liGuide leaders in building high‑performing, values‑driven teams /li /ul h3Employee Experience Culture /h3 ul liElevate our global onboarding experience and ensure consistency across regions, from pre‑boarding to full integration /li liChampion our culture and values by guiding leaders in day‑to‑day behaviours and team dynamics /li liAct as a point of contact for employee‑relations cases, ensuring fairness, clarity, and compliance with local legislation (in partnership with regional HR/experts) /li /ul h3HR Processes, Data Continuous Improvement /h3 ul liImprove and harmonise HR processes internationally, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and digitalisation /li liActively contribute to HR governance, reporting, and data‑driven decision‑making using HR analytics /li liCo‑lead HR projects across the global HR roadmap (EVP, HRIS development, new policies, global frameworks, AssessFirst rollout, etc.) /li /ul h3Employer Branding Internal Communication /h3 ul liSupport visibility and consistency of our employer brand across countries /li liCollaborate on employer branding initiatives, onboarding materials, training content, and employee communication /li /ul h3About you /h3 h3Experience Background /h3 ul liBachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organisational Psychology or related fields /li liMinimum 8–10 years of confirmed experience as HR Business Partner in an international, fast‑paced, multicultural environment /li liStrong track record of partnering with leadership teams, driving HR programmes, and managing complex people topics /li liExperience with organisational development, talent management, and change management /li liSolid knowledge of EU labour legislation; additional international exposure is a strong asset /li /ul h3Skills Competencies ul liStrategic thinker with the ability to translate business challenges into actionable HR solutions /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence, challenge, coach, and support leaders /li liHands‑on, solution‑oriented mindset with strong ability to prioritise in a fast‑moving environment /li liData‑literate, comfortable with HR metrics, dashboards, and HRIS tools (Personio experience is a plus) /li liFluent in French and English; any additional language (Dutch, Spanish, German…) is an advantage /li liValues‑driven professional who embodies our culture: Entrepreneurship, Respect, Transparency, Customer‑Driven /li /ul /h3 /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
