We are looking for an experienced HR Contracts and Admin Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling HR legal documents and administrative tasks related to employment contracts, freelancer agreements, addendums, and other key documentation across multiple European countries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing and managing contract folders, drafting contracts (employee, freelancer, addendums, CCNs, internships), and verifying information.
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
* Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
* A Bachelor's degree in any of the relevant fields of study (Law, Labor Law, HR or Administration).
* At least 1 year of experience in a legal or administrative role involving contracts, or a minimum of 3 years of experience in a complex HR/administrative role.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
