This role offers the opportunity to work within a modern Microsoft 365 environment, providing high-quality workplace support while contributing to continuous service improvements and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for workplace-related queries via Microsoft Teams, email, and ServiceNow.Manage service requests and resolve operational incidents, escalating to external partners when required.Administer and support the Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 Admin Centre settings.Perform in-depth troubleshooting and analysis of complex technical issues.Liaise directly with end users, technical experts, and third-party support teams to drive issue resolution.Skills & Experience RequiredDegree in IT or equivalent practical experience within an IT support or helpdesk environment.Strong technical knowledge of:Windows 10 and Windows 11Microsoft 365Microsoft TeamsSharePointEntra ID (Azure AD)If this sounds like a good fit, please apply or reach out for a confidential discussion.
