This role will report into Total Rewards Lead and will work closely with Business Stakeholders and Associates. /p h3Primary Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead participation in external market surveys and conduct benchmarking analysis to ensure competitive positioning aligned with pay philosophy and regional/global frameworks. /li liConduct job evaluations and market pricing for new and evolving roles; provide structured salary recommendations supported by data and internal equity analysis. /li liProvide support, partnership, and communication on Rewards programs to business stakeholders, PO and Associates. /li liProvide effective support and service to our internal PO community; respond to inquiries regarding compensation‑related questions and provide guidance to help resolve outstanding issues. /li liSupport organization design initiatives with compensation impact assessments. /li liMaintain and evolve salary structures and grading frameworks. /li /ul h3Data Analytics Insights /h3 ul liDevelop robust compensation and benefits dashboards to support leadership decision‑making. /li liPerform cost modeling and scenario analysis for annual merit cycles, incentive plans, and structural changes. /li liAnalyze trends in pay equity, reward competitiveness, and program effectiveness, providing clear recommendations based on findings. /li liPartner with HRIS and Finance to enhance reporting automation and data quality controls. /li liTranslate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical stakeholders. /li /ul h3Annual Cycles Program Management /h3 ul liCo‑own annual merit and incentive processes, ensuring governance, timeline adherence, and budget alignment. /li liPartner with Finance during planning and forecasting cycles related to compensation and benefits costs. /li liSupport review and enhancement of benefits offerings in collaboration with vendors and local PO teams. /li liContribute to the design and rollout of new or revised reward programs, policies, and guidelines. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Partnership Communication /h3 ul liAct as a trusted advisor to PO and business leaders on compensation decisions and reward frameworks. /li liDevelop and deliver training, tools, and communications to managers regarding compensation processes and philosophy. /li liRespond to complex compensation‑related queries with structured, data‑backed guidance. /li /ul h3Governance Compliance /h3 ul liEnsure reward programs comply with internal governance standards and local regulations. /li liMaintain clear, user‑friendly documentation of policies and processes. /li liIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency across markets. /li /ul h3Skills and Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting. /li li4 – 6 years’ relevant experience in an analytical compensation, total rewards, HR analytics or related analytical HR/Finance roles. /li liSolid understanding of compensation fundamentals: benchmarking, salary structures, job evaluation, and incentive plan administration. Multi‑country exposure is advantageous. /li liExperience with employee benefit plan analysis and administration a plus. /li liStrong analytical capability and a natural inclination to quantifying decisions with experience in financial modelling and interpreting large datasets. /li liStrong writing and influencing skills to effectively communicate complex compensation decisions to business stakeholders and to external suppliers and vendors and build credibility. /li liComfortable to work with a fast paced, ever‑changing environment accompanied with ambiguity to be resourceful and agile to get far with a small team. /li liDesire to learn and pick up new concepts, tools, and processes with limited oversight. /li liAppreciation of speed and urgency while keeping a high attention to detail and accuracy. /li liLogical thinking and approach. /li liAbility to meet deadlines and prioritize work. /li liWritten and spoken English min of C1 level. /li liAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ability to consolidate and manipulate large data sets with a commitment to accuracy. /li liHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. /li liWorkday knowledge desirable. /li /ul h3About Antech /h3 pAntech is a leader in veterinary diagnostics, driven by our passion for innovation that delivers better animal health outcomes.
