What you will do
* Lead the team responsible for the product or portfolio strategy for QGuidance in LatAm. Support and create Brand campaign for Mako in Latam.
* Guide others to deconstruct and extract the strategy from a well-written marketing plan. Coach others on the market positioning and strengths/weaknesses of key competitors.
* Share marketing intelligence and information with team. Establish pricing strategy, including contract pricing.
* Coach others on how to utilize the product or portfolio structure to maximize brand equity. Demonstrate financial acumen. Develop an effective KPI strategy for the business.
* Supervise others in their use of data collection, analysis, and reporting tools.
* Lead a team of professionals: develop employees, which includes hiring, communicating company policies, coaching and counseling, administering performance appraisals, and enforcing company policies through appropriate disciplinary measures.
* Promote an environment that fosters personal growth and development. Hold team accountable to deliver high quality results with passion, energy, and drive to meet business priorities.
* Collaborate and influence others on cross‑functional teams, advancing partnerships to achieve business objectives.
What you need
Required
* Bachelor’s degree.
* Advanced English skills.
* Advanced Spanish skills.
* Previous experience in Marketing.
* Previous Experience in the Medical Devices field.
Desired
* MBA.
* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
