The successful candidate will play a central role in driving product readiness, improving engineering processes, and enabling efficient collaboration between development and production teams. /p pThe Engineering Team Lead will oversee both strategic and operational activities, including validation methodologies, test automation, production transfer processes, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires a strong technical background combined with leadership capability, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively across multiple engineering disciplines and international teams. /p pThe position involves close collaboration with engineering leadership, project managers, production teams, and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of product roadmaps and delivery objectives.
