At Cross International, we’re supporting CWS Hygiene in attracting a strong commercial leader to drive growth and lead transformation across Belgium and Luxembourg.
As Sales Director Belux, you will be part of the CWS Belux Management Team, steering a multi-segment, multi-channel sales organization that serves public, private, trade and regional markets.
You combine strategic thinking with operational drive, shaping the commercial roadmap, strengthening sales excellence and accelerating profitable growth. You lead by example: inspiring, empowering and developing diverse teams to deliver results and impact.
Your mission
* Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team across Belgium and Luxembourg.
* Drive pipeline creation, conversion and customer retention to achieve sustainable topline growth.
* Implement and embed sales excellence tools and processes (e.g. Salesforce).
* Represent CWS Belux at senior-level with key clients and stakeholders.
* Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, Sales Support and Group functions.
Your profile
* Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
* At least 10 years’ experience in commercial leadership roles within B2B environments.
* Proven record in driving sales performance and leading transformation programs.
* Strategic mindset, strong execution focus and people-centric leadership.
* Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
