Position Overview

We are looking for a talented IT Support Engineer to join our Technology Team. You will oversee and manage the 1GLOBAL IT technology activities, including infrastructure, hardware and systems, ensuring day‑to‑day operations and IT platform integrity and stability. Responsibilities include IT strategy, team management, security, risk management and budgeting.


Key Responsibilities

* Install, configure, and repair computers, mobile devices, headsets and other peripherals.
* Ensure the smooth operation of Windows environments and troubleshoot system issues.
* Use JIRA to track, manage and resolve IT support tickets effectively.
* Monitor and maintain hardware inventory to ensure availability for team members.
* Provide friendly and professional assistance to staff, addressing their IT concerns promptly.
* Collaborate with senior IT team members on complex issues and contribute to ongoing projects.
* Establish help‑desk procedures, develop training programs and documentation.
* Ensure compliance with regulations, industry standards and data privacy laws.
* Evaluate emerging technologies to support high‑performance organizational needs.
* Oversee day‑to‑day IT activities in the São Paulo office.
* Maintain a reliable, secure and scalable IT infrastructure, including networks, hardware and systems.
* Manage IT projects, defining scope, resources and ensuring timely delivery.
* Drive technology vendor relationships within the procurement procedures.


Requirements

* Proven experience in a multi‑domain IT support team. Mobile telco industry experience is a plus.
* Strong knowledge of Azure, MS 365, Defender and Intune. Network and security equipment knowledge is a plus.
* Analytical skills, data‑driven approach and awareness of compliance and security requirements.
* Experience managing relationships with suppliers/partners and excellent communication skills.
* Graduate in computing/engineering or equivalent degree is a plus.
* Solution‑oriented mindset and customer service centricity.
* Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
