What you'll own
* HubSpot from scratch — pipeline architecture, workflow automation, executive reporting. If it's not in HubSpot, it didn't happen.
* Apollo.io sequences, contact enrichment, and deliverability — you operate it, you iterate it
* Weekly pipeline report for the CEO — what's moving, what's stalled, what's dead
* Meeting prep before every enterprise call and follow-up cadences after
* Outbound to three ICP tiers: PE-backed restaurant groups (Roark Capital, Golden Gate, Fortress, L Catterton portfolio companies), large enterprise operators (Darden-tier, Compass, Aramark), and mid-market franchise groups (50–100 locations)
* Entry point is always the operator — CFO, CEO, Director of Operations. Your job is to get the CEO in the room.
What we need
* AI-native — Claude, ChatGPT, or similar in your daily workflow for research, sequencing, and reporting. Non-negotiable. Show us how.
* HubSpot fluency — architecture and automation, not data entry
* 3–5 years RevOps, BD, or hybrid — HR tech, workforce tech, or restaurant tech preferred
* Familiarity with PE-backed sales cycles — you know the champion is never the PE firm
* Cold outreach that earns responses — you write like you understand the operator's P&L
Compensation
* $25–$40/hr base · Commission on qualified meetings booked + revenue influenced
* Tools provided: HubSpot, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Claude
