Looking for a freelance growth hacker skilled in identifying product improvements, engaging early users, and crafting growth strategies. Experienced in positioning unique edtech platforms and prioritizing target audiences to drive user acquisition and early revenue.
Must be able to demonstrate a track record of community-driven growth, with a strong focus on driving the first 1,000 users and gathering actionable feedback to shape the next stages of product development, all while working without a budget for media expenses at this time.
Commitment & Compensation
This early-stage project seeks a freelancer open to a flexible, scalable commitment, starting with a paid 4-week trial period.
The role pays €45 per hour, with an expected workload of 4–8 hours per week (flexible). Work remotely, anytime and anywhere, with opportunities to grow alongside the company.
Location & Language
Fluent English or Dutch required. Candidates should be located in the UK, Belgium, or the Netherlands. Other EU locations may be considered in exceptional cases, if a very strong match can be demonstrated.
Duration
Until the end of the year, with the possibility of extension.

About
Rockit isn’t your typical coding platform. No video tutorials or generic quizzes, Instead, users enter a fully simulated environment, like a virtual school or tech company where they learn to code by actually doing the job.
You start with a simple Notepad editor and as you complete challenges and earn points, you unlock more advanced tools like VS Code.
You can work with simulated classmates or colleagues, or form real groups with people you know. For example, teachers can create classrooms to invite students, and managers can build dev teams with coworkers. This lets you choose the environment that suits you best whether collaborating, competing, or learning solo.
