To strengthen our Sales team, we are looking for a Key Account Manager to support and develop our key (pharmacy) partners.
Your role
As Key Account Manager, you help drive erudite.health’s growth by supporting and developing assigned pharmacy key accounts. You contribute to sales performance, profitability and omnichannel execution, while building your skills in P&L and category management.
You will report to the Head of Key Accounts and work closely with internal stakeholders to turn insights into action and deliver strong Joint Business Plans.
You will be responsible for:
•Supporting the development and execution of Joint Business Plans (JBP) with assigned key accounts.
•Contributing to annual negotiations, preparing commercial proposals and following up agreements.
•Ensuring strong omnichannel execution aligned with brand strategy (online + in-store).
•Preparing and participating in Business Reviews (performance tracking, insights, action plans).
•Contributing to sales targets through assortment optimization, activation/promo plans, visibility and execution.
•Monitoring sell-in/sell-out performance and KPIs, identifying opportunities (pricing, promotions, visibility, availability).
•Supporting pricing & promotion planning, ROI evaluation and profitability tracking (RGM mindset).
Capturing customer insights and translating them into commercial and innovation recommendations.
Your profile
You are a fast-learner that can turn data into practical actions and you get your kick from closing a good deal.
You also recognise yourself in the following:
•Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, Management, or equivalent by experience
•min. 5 years of experience as a KAM
• FMCG experience but knowing the pharma landscape is a big plus
•comfortable in Dutch, French and English
•an analytical mindset and a genuine interest in performance and profitability (P&L).
•not afraid of commercial KPIs (sell-in/sell-out, margin, forecasting) and have strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.
•build trust easily with different stakeholders and enjoy collaboration.
