As a Sr Product Manager Latech, you will work in finding scalable tech solutions to improve the Amazon experience in AU, BR and MX.
Key job responsibilities
* Set the end to end vision for product in Latin America and Australia.
* Lead planning and execution of a product roadmap in Australia, Mexico and Brazil.
* Create Working Backwards documents detailing requirements and user stories for engineering.
* Manage tradeoffs between short-term wins and long-term strategic bets.
* Collaborate with Tax, Compliance and Accounting teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory requirements.
* Drive end-to-end product development from ideation to launch and improve the experience.
* Develop and manage a comprehensive communication plan to keep stakeholders informed about progress and challenges.
A day in the life
* Collaborate with leaders in Australia, Mexico and Brazil to understand challenges and opportunities.
* Work with central and local engineering teams to find solutions that improve customer experience.
* Prepare documents to drive alignment on the product roadmap.

Basic Qualifications
* 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
* Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
* Experience with end to end product delivery
* Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
* Experience as a product manager or owner
* Experience owning technology products
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
* Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
