As an Accounts Payable Intern, reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Lead, you will collaborate in the management of supplier accounts promptly.
You will work 4 days at home and 1 day at the office based at our office in Martinez. This is a paid internship.
Responsibilities
* Park and post invoices for raw materials, goods and services, freight, with manual or electronic POs
* Respond to external or internal suppliers by phone or email
* Scan invoices, applicable only to countries where documentation is sent by email
* Work integrated and collaboratively with the GFS streams
* Fill and organize documentation
* Perform other tasks inherent to the sector requested by the immediate supervisor
Requeriments
* 0 – 1 years of experience in similar positions
* Initial university student in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics
* Proficiency in Office System
* Intermediate to advanced English
* Experience with SAP (desirable)
