* Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments for senior stakeholders
* Coordinate travel arrangements and business trips
* Organise internal meetings and external events
* Prepare presentations, reports, meeting documents, and correspondence
* Support the management team with administrative and operational tasks
* Ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office
* Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and external partners
* Manage office administration, documentation, and filing systems
* Assist with various ad hoc projects and team support activities
* Minimum 2 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Management Assistant, Office Manager, or similar administrative role
* Excellent command of English (working language of the organisation)
* Good command of French (minimum B2 level)
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset
* Excellent attention to detail and sense of confidentiality
* Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
* Immediate start
* Temporary assignment running at least until September, with the possibility of extension
