AWS Enterprise Sales Account Manager
The AWS Sales, Marketing and Global Services (SMGS) team drives revenue, adoption and growth from the largest small- and mid‑market accounts to enterprise‑level customers, including public sector. This role focuses on large, strategic accounts and requires a self‑starter who can develop and execute an account coverage plan while consistently delivering revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive adoption in a defined set of accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets.
* Analyze sales and metrics data to evolve strategy.
* Develop and execute a strategic plan that creates and maintains a robust sales pipeline, including opportunities in existing accounts and new business in untapped customers.
* Manage numerous accounts concurrently and strategically.
* Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS.
* Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement, and build long‑term strategic relationships with key accounts.
* Assist customers in identifying use cases for priority adoption of Amazon Web Services and best‑practice implementations.
* Work with partners to manage joint selling opportunities.
Basic Qualifications
* 5+ years of full sales cycle, technology sales or equivalent business development, sales engineering/consulting, or equivalent experience.
* Experience with AI/ML technologies.
* Excellent oral and written communication in English.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience driving new business in greenfield accounts at the C‑suite level or equivalent.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
