* Location: Lisbon, Portugal
* Work Model: On-Site
* Schedule: Monday–Friday: 08:00 – 20:00 (Rotational); Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 – 17:00; 2 Rotational Days Off
* Relocation Support: Available for eligible candidates with work authorization
What We're Looking For
* Fluent Dutch and good English communication skills
* Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
* Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and open to feedback
* Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
What You'll Do
* Support customers with technical and service-related inquiries
* Provide accurate solutions via phone, email, and chat
* Troubleshoot issues using internal systems and tools
* Deliver a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment

* 1,100€ gross salary x14 salaries
