Job Description
As an M&A Manager your responsibilities are:
Support and manage M&A transactions end-to-end, from screening to closing
Perform financial analysis, valuation, and contribute to deal structuring
Coordinate due diligence and workstreams across internal teams and external advisors
Assess and monitor acquisition opportunities in collaboration with local entities
Prepare and present analyses and recommendations to senior management and governance bodies
Support transaction documentation and track key negotiation points
Monitor post-deal integration and key milestones
Stay up to date on insurance market trends and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
The Successful Applicant
A successful M&A Manager should have:
Strong expertise in mergers, acquisitions, and transaction management (preferably within the insurance industry).
A solid background in financial modelling, financial analysis and investment valuation.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English.
A degree in finance, business, or a related field.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Good understanding of the insurance sector and its regulatory landscape.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
