About this Position
We are looking for a Demand Planning Coordinator to support the development and execution of accurate demand plans for the Brazilian market. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to improve forecast accuracy, support business planning processes, and contribute to inventory optimization and service level performance.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, collaborative approach, and interest in driving continuous improvement within a dynamic Supply Chain environment.
What You’ll Do
* Support the development and validation of demand plans throughout each planning cycle.
* Review sales history, investigate forecast deviations and outliers, and provide inputs to the Forecast Business Analytics team.
* Partner with Marketing, Commercial, and Finance teams to gather and challenge demand assumptions and enrichment inputs.
* Support portfolio segmentation reviews (ABC/XYZ) and demand planning activities for new product launches.
* Contribute to the monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle by providing demand scenarios and business insights.
* Collaborate with Regional Planning teams to improve service levels, reduce inventories and obsolescence, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What makes you a good fit
* Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
* Advanced English required.
* Previous experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Chain, or related planning functions.
* Knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and supply planning processes.
* Strong analytical skills with experience working with data, forecasting, and business planning tools.
* Experience with segmentation methodologies (ABC/XYZ), demand planning, and inventory management concepts.
* Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is preferred.
* Continuous improvement mindset with strong collaboration and communication skills.
