Job Title: Senior Azure IAM Engineer / Cloud Security Engineer

Job Description:
The goal is to implement a privileged rights cleanup strategy in Azure, applying security best practices, removing uncontrolled inheritance, and modeling technical roles in a complex cloud environment.
Main tasks:
• Collect and analyze existing permissions in Azure (Management Groups, Subscriptions, Resource Groups).
• Remove unwanted inherited privileges from the Management Group Root.
• Implement secure RBAC role models tailored to business needs.
• Automate access audits and reviews via PowerShell and the Azure CLI.
• Monitor the usage of privileged roles (Owner, Global Admin, etc.) and propose remediation strategies.
• Collaborate with IAM, I&O, and security teams to integrate roles into existing workflows.
• Document roles, inheritance rules, and assignment processes.
• Monitoring and reporting of audit logs for the detection of anomalies and security violations.
Required profile:
• Microsoft SC-300 certification: Identity and Access Administrator Associate – Must have
• Microsoft SC-104 certification: Azure Administrator Associate – Nice to have
• Expertise in Azure RBAC, Entra ID, PIM, and custom role management.
• Proficiency with automation tools: PowerShell, Azure CLI.
• Knowledge of Azure limitations (number of assignments, inheritance, etc.).
• Experience in cloud security and access governance.
• Ability to work in a multi-team environment and manage complex technical projects.

Skills:
* Microsoft SC-300 Certification: Identity and Access Administrator-
* Demonstrated experience in Azure RBAC, Entra ID, PIM, and custom role management-Must have-Medior
* Proven experience in cloud security and access governance
* Demonstrated experience on a minimum of 3 missions related to privileged access cleanup in Azure or as an Identity and Access Administrator
* Good ability to document solutions
