In a context of organizational evolution and operational performance reinforcement, the company is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead a strategic site based in Flanders, combining production and distribution activities.
Your Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee all Supply Chain & Logistics activities (procurement coordination, planning, inventory, distribution).
* Manage the on-site logistics team and coordinate outsourced transport activities.
* Ensure smooth inbound and outbound material flows aligned with production and customer requirements.
* Drive the S&OP process and align workload and capacity with manufacturing operations.
* Monitor and optimize inventory levels and warehouse performance using ERP and WMS systems.
* Define and track KPIs and dashboards, participating in business performance reviews.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the structuring of processes and organization.
Profile Required
* Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain within an industrial environment.
* Proven experience in operational team management. xphnsxz
* Strong leadership and assertiveness, with the ability to stabilize and structure an evolving organization.
* Dutch is mandatory; professional English and French is required
