We are looking for a Business Analyst Compliance. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams across multiple applications and projects related to compliance intiatives.
The position offers end-to-end involvement in the delivery of new digital solutions, from requirements gathering and functional documentation to testing, deployment, and production support.
Key responsibilities include:
* Acting as the main point of contact between business and IT stakeholders
* Analyzing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities
* Translating business needs into clear functional requirements and documentation
* Supporting implementation and deployment activities throughout the project lifecycle
* Contributing to testing activities, including test scenarios and functional validation
Profile:
* Around 3-5 years of experience as Business Analyst
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
* Ability to work independently and in collaborative environments
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Expertise in KYC, AML, transaction monitoring, regulatory reporting projects within the financial sector
* Fluent in English and in Dutch or French
* Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
