As a Technical Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for users of medical equipment across Europe. You will handle incoming calls and emails, identify customer issues by asking the right questions, and provide structured troubleshooting support. Following established procedures and quality standards, you will ensure accurate documentation and complaint handling while working with tools such as Salesforce, ticketing systems and telephony platforms.
You will collaborate closely with technical support teams and product specialists to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Your profile
For this Technical Customer Support position, we are looking for someone who:
* Is fluent in Spanish and either Italian or French, with a good command of English.
* Has a first experience in customer support, helpdesk, technical support or a similar customer-facing role.
* Enjoys interacting with customers and thrives in an international environment.
* Can efficiently prioritize tasks and manage multiple cases simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-growing organization.
* Has a strong technical affinity. This can come from previous work experience, education, technical studies, or simply a genuine interest in technology through personal projects, hobbies or other hands-on experience.
* Has strong problem-solving and communication skills.

You will initially start on a temporary contract, with the prospect of a permanent contract after a successful onboarding period.
