Your responsibilities
End-to-end ownership
of the technology and service solution within the customer environment
Define and communicate the
technology roadmap, aligned with the customer’s IT strategy
Lead
complex transformations
(multi-tower, multi-vendor, hybrid environments)
Steer and align
architects and service teams
across different domains
Act as a
trusted advisor
to IT leadership (CIO/IT Director level)
Safeguard
service quality, risks, and continuous improvement
within operations
Actively contribute to
innovation and proposal shaping
(PoCs, optimisations, new initiatives)
Provide technical support during
major incidents
and in structural problem solving
Your profile
Significant IT experience, with a significant part in
architecture, service delivery, or transformation
Strong background in
enterprise architecture and IT strategy
Proven experience with:
Service integration & managed services
Incident/problem management and operational governance
Complex IT transformations
(cloud, workplace, infrastructure, hybrid environments)
You are a
strong communicator
who can switch between technical teams and C-level stakeholders
Experience with
proposal shaping, innovation tracks, and value-based thinking
You take
ownership, are willing to challenge, and think proactively ahead
Key conditions
You are
fluent in Dutch and English
You are willing to be
regularly on-site with customers in East and West Flanders
You feel comfortable in a role with
high visibility and responsibility
