Retail Assistant – Antwerp Office (Temporary position)
About the role
You will join our dynamic Retail team in Antwerp, where we advise both international brands and local retailers as well as landlords on exciting real estate projects.
As a Retail Assistant & Office Coordinator, you play a key role in keeping the team running smoothly while contributing to high-impact commercial real estate transactions.
This is a temporary position of 4 months, starting in September 2026 to support the team during a temporary replacement period.
Your responsibilities
- Act as a first point of contact: manage calls, emails and incoming requests
- Support the creation of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, mailings)
- Prepare and follow up on commercial real estate files (lettings & sales)
- Monitor and update the CRM/database
- Manage invoices and financial follow-up
- Coordinate agenda, meetings and team planning
- Organise team events, travel and internal meetings
Your profile
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- Fluent in Dutch, English and French
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
