You will work closely with analysts, project managers, end users and other Workday specialists. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Workday HCM Configuration Support /h3 ul liConfigure, maintain and optimize the Workday HCM Core module /li liTranslate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions /li liSupport daily operations and resolve system-related issues /li /ul h3Integrations Technical Expertise /h3 ul liManage and monitor inbound and outbound integrations with external systems such as payroll and benefits platforms /li liTroubleshoot integration issues and safeguard data accuracy and consistency /liliWork with Workday Studio and Core Connectors, including PECI /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 h3Experience /h3 ul liProven experience as a Workday Consultant or Workday Analyst /li liStrong hands‑on expertise with Workday HCM Core, Recruitment Talent /li liAdvanced experience with Workday Studio and PECI integrations /li liExperience working in complex Workday integration landscapes /li /ul h3Functional knowledge /h3 ul liGood understanding of HR processes, including hiring, job changes, compensation and payroll /li liAbility to translate business needs into effective system configurations /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liAnalytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills /li liClear communication skills and the ability to work with both HR and IT stakeholders /li liStructured, detail-oriented and quality-driven approach /li liStrong team player who collaborates effectively across HR and IT teams /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liDutch /li liEnglish /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liWorkday certifications in HCM, Integrations or Studio /li liExperience with complex payroll environments /li liKnowledge of reporting, including Workday reports; Prism Analytics is a plus /li /ul h3Offer /h3 pYou will be part of a growing Belgian SME where initiative and personal development are encouraged.
