We are supporting a major international organization in the search for an experienced People Analytics Lead to drive the evolution of its workforce analytics capabilities and support strategic decision-making at a global level.
This is a highly visible role operating at the intersection of HR, Data, Technology, and Business leadership.
Your Mission
As a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, you will help shape how workforce data and insights are leveraged across the organization. You will contribute to the definition of analytics priorities, promote data-driven decision-making, and support the development of a modern people analytics ecosystem.
Key areas of focus include:
* Defining and promoting a long-term vision for People Analytics.
* Partnering with HR and business leaders on workforce and talent-related challenges.
* Driving the adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
* Establishing frameworks, governance, and best practices for workforce analytics.
* Supporting the evolution of people data capabilities and analytical maturity.
* Identifying opportunities for advanced analytics, predictive insights, and AI-enabled solutions.
* Influencing senior stakeholders in a complex international environment.
Profile
* Significant experience in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, HR Analytics, or related strategic HR functions.
* Strong understanding of workforce data, talent metrics, and organizational decision-making.
* Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
* Experience working in large-scale, international, and matrixed organizations.
* Familiarity with modern analytics, data governance, and emerging AI capabilities.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Comfortable operating in environments undergoing transformation and change.
