PpAs Head of Finance, you are responsible for the Group’s entire Finance Tax division, ensuring the reliability of financial reporting, effective cash management, tax and regulatory compliance, and the development of a scalable finance function aligned with the Group’s growth objectives. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h31. Group Finance Management /h3 ul liYou oversee all of the Group’s financial operations, including sales and customer collections, purchases and supplier payments, as well as all accounting and reporting processes. /li liYou ensure reliable monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in accordance with standardized procedures. /li liYou oversee Group consolidation (local GAAP/IFRS as applicable), in collaboration with the auditors. /li /ul h32. Treasury, Cash Financing /h3 ul liYou oversee Group cash management: short-, medium-, and long-term cash forecasting. /li liYou manage the Group’s working capital requirements by adjusting customer and supplier payment terms and inventory management to optimize cash flow. /li liYou manage operational banking relationships. /li liYou coordinate financing, grants, and loans in alignment with the department head. /li /ul h33. Tax, Transfer Pricing Compliance /h3 ul liYou ensure tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions (direct taxes, VAT, local taxes). /li liYou define, document, and monitor the Group’s transfer pricing policy. /li liYou oversee tax filings, tax audits, and relations with authorities. You coordinate with external tax advisors as needed. /li /ul h34. Management Organization /h3 ul liYou define your department’s strategy and objectives in alignment with the Group’s strategy and ensure their implementation across all Group entities. You drive the department’s overall performance using key performance indicators, ensuring activity reporting, and implementing necessary actions. /li liYou inspire and align your teams around a shared vision. You implement a strategy for developing talent and skills. /li /ul h35.
