O Process incoming invoices and bank statements accurately and timely
o Maintain general ledger accounting and ensure data consistency
o Prepare and support monthly financial closings and reporting
o Act as a finance key user in the SAP Business ByDesign implementation
o Design, execute, and document User Acceptance Testing scenarios
o Support data migration activities and validate financial data
o Train end users by developing and delivering training materials
o Provide hands‑on post‑go‑live support to internal stakeholders
o Define and optimize finance processes in collaboration with business teams
o Work closely with sales, supply chain, and finance departments
o At least 5 years of experience in an accounting or finance environment
o Strong understanding of accounting flows and end‑to‑end processes
o Solid grasp of VAT principles and basic taxation concepts
o Proven experience as a key user in an ERP implementation
o Familiarity with supply chain and sales processes
o Comfortable working in structured project environments
o Fluent in Dutch and English; French is an asset
o Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus
