The project:
Our client in the utilities sector is looking for a Business Analyst SAP HR to join their team.
Tasks:
* Sparring with the business to optimize and harmonize processes by analysing, describing and validating business requirements, including modelling processes and information.
* Identifying and analysing bugs in the systems and proposing solutions.
* Perform data analyses to improve operational efficiency (ensure data quality).
* Formulating and validating user stories and defining acceptance criteria based on business requirements.
* Validate technical specifications regarding the optimal IT solutions.
* Drawing up test scenarios and supporting the test and acceptance processes.
* Preparing and conducting workshops and training with the business
* Advising the product owner and product stakeholders to plan and prioritize the further development and maintenance of the product.
Is this you?
* Minimum 5 years of experience as IT business analyst.
* Experience in SAP SuccessFactors is a must with at least Employee Central and 2 other modules
* Knowledge of English, plus knowledge of either Dutch or French.
* Knowledge of SAP HR is a plus
* Analytical mindset, challenger and team player
* Strong communication skills to interact with users and stakeholders effectively
* Knowledge of BABOK
* Knowledge of ArchiMate, BPMN and UML
* User experience in Sparx Enterprise Architecture
Other requirements
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a willingness to think outside the box and roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
* Capable of forming the bridge between the business and the HR+ product team.
* Good communication skills to interact with users and stakeholders effectively
* Good knowledge of BPMN and UML and functional documentation skills
* Languages: Fluent in English and Dutch/French. German knowledge is a nice-to-have.
