Associate Scientist
Location: Beerse, Belgium (On-site, 5 days per week)

I am looking for an Associate Scientist to join a laboratory based analytical development team supporting pharmaceutical product development. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a variety of different projects and cross function teams.
This role would suit someone with hands on analytical laboratory experience who enjoys practical lab work, problem-solving, and working with chromatography techniques in a regulated environment.
At this time, this is a fixed term role until the end of the year.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform analytical testing using chromatography techniques such as HPLC, UPLC, LC and GC
• Support method development, optimisation and validation activities
• Generate, review and interpret analytical data
• Support development, release and stability studies
• Work closely with scientists and cross-functional project teams
• Follow GMP, quality and safety procedures
Requirements
• BSc or MSc in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry or a related scientific discipline
• 1-3 years experience working in an analytical laboratory environment
• Hands on experience with chromatography techniques (HPLC, UPLC, LC and/or GC)
• Fluent Dutch and English
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to laboratory work
Nice to Have
• GMP experience
• Experience with Empower, OpenLab or similar software
• Exposure to method development or validation
