ACENSI is looking for PMO profiles to be embedded directly into Streams for one of their clients in Brussels in the energy sectorSupport Stream Leads (Domain leaders of NOVA Project) in daily activity steering.Responsabilities :Respect and execution of methods and governance defined by transversal PMO (applying drumbeat and enabling required Stream meetings and ceremonies)Intra-Stream plan steering; coordination with otherstreams upon necessity to achieve end-to-end deliveryRisk identification and management; elaboration of remediation/mitigation path(s)Facilitate or realize deep-dives on specific stream-related topics, consolidate and qualify information, bring forth key messages, identify dependencies to manage and initiate corresponding connections across the organization. Set up and facilitate workshops upon necessity.Produce executive-level documentation and support material (eg. slide decks) enabling steering by appropriate committees and governance bodiesRecurrent or on-demand reporting on progress and risksUsage of a specific tooling (JIRA) with rigorous continued update policyInteractions in a complex, multi-layered environment with collaboration between different countriesLanguages : Fluent in French, Dutch, EnglishRequired skills :Progress reporting/communicationExperience in large projects implying IT replatformingUnderstanding business processes in context of a complete operational transformation, preferably in an energy utilities market context.This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of renewable energy systems management and renewable energy trading.
