Fulltime Physical coach / Sport-ScienceApplicants need to be in Belgium or near French border!!ResposibilitiesConditioning training: developing endurance so that players can sustain a match at a high tempo.Strength training: improving muscle strength and explosiveness for sprinting, jumping, and tackling power. Speed and agility: training acceleration, sprinting ability, changes of direction, and reaction speed.Injury prevention: designing exercises to reduce the risk of injury.Recovery management: guiding recovery after matches and training, including monitoring fatigue.Load control: monitoring training load via GPS data, heart rate measurements, and other performance indicators.Individual guidance: adapting programs to the needs of specific players (e.G., rehabilitation or additional physical development).Collaboration with staff: close consultation with the head coach, assistant coaches, kinesiologists/physiotherapists, and medical staff.
