A space-focused company is looking for a Bid & Service Delivery Manager to support both tendering activities and monitoring project delivery. This role combines pre-Sales involvement and post-award project oversight, ensuring continuity from bid preparation through to execution follow-up within complex, institutional and space-related programs. Positioned at the crossroads of project management, governance and operational coordination, you will work closely with technical teams, project managers and senior stakeholders, contributing both to securing new projects and ensuring their successful delivery.

Your responsibilities
Bid management / tendering:
Lead and coordinate responses to calls for tenders (RFPs)
Structure and consolidate technical, financial and operational inputs
Contribute to cost modelling, pricing strategies and commercial positioning
Ensure compliance with client requirements, contractual frameworks and deadlines
Interact with internal stakeholders (engineering, Finance, legal) during bid phases
Service delivery & project oversight:
Monitor project execution across multiple programs (planning, risks, costs, milestones)
Produce regular reporting for internal management and clients
Track performance indicators and ensure alignment with contractual commitments
Support project managers in governance, prioritisation and issue resolution
Coordinate stakeholders, including subcontractors and partners
Facilitate project reviews and follow-up actions
Governance & continuous improvement:
Ensure consistency with project management methodologies and best practices
Contribute to project setup phases after contract award
Support decision-making through structured reporting and analysis
Required skills for this role
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role (Bid Manager, Service Delivery, Project Governance)
You have proven experience in tendering / bid management processes (RFPs).
You have strong expertise in project monitoring, reporting and governance.
You have a solid background in cost modelling / cost control.
You can manage complex environments and distinguish priorities.
You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in the space sector or institutional/engineering environments is a strong plus.
You are fluent in English (C1) French is a strong asset (B1/B2).
