You identify challenges and translate them into clear improvements that make operations more efficient. /p /li lipTogether with the client, you bdesign the best solution /b and configure bMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Business Central /b to match their needs and way of working. You set up and fine tune the financial modules, from chart of accounts and VAT matrices to reporting and workflows, and make sure the system is ready for use from day one. /p /li lipWhen clients migrate from another accounting or ERP system, you guide them through the transition. You help prepare and validate the data migration so that all information is transferred accurately and completely. /p /li lipYoub design and run test scenarios with clients /b to confirm everything works as expected and to ensure there are no surprises at go live. /p /li lipTo secure long term success, you bdevelop and deliver training sessions and workshops /b for end users. By turning technical setups into clear and practical explanations, you help employees feel confident using Business Central. /p /li lipIn your role, you are the bbridge between business and IT /b. You collaborate with technical colleagues on more complex customizations and integrations, always keeping the client’s business needs in focus. /p /li lipBeyond implementation, you act as ab trusted advisor /b. You proactively suggest improvements and optimizations that help clients continue to grow and move their organization forward. /p /li /ul h3bWhich skills do you already master? /b /h3 ul lipYou have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Central consultant, ideally in a role where you guided companies in optimizing their financial processes. /p /li lipYou hold a master’s degree in economics, business administration or a related field. /p /li lipYou have solid knowledge of financial processes such as accounting and controlling. /p /li lipYou are energized by translating complex financial needs into digital solutions that truly make a difference. /p /li lipYou are analytical, a strong communicator and able to set clear priorities. /p /li lipYou speak fluent Dutch and have a professional command of English.
