Customer Service Officer (M/F/X)Herstal | Aerospace Industry | Permanent ContractYour MissionAs a Customer Service Officer, you act as the main point of contact between the company and its clients. You are responsible for the operational and administrative follow-up of contracts, from signature to full execution, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.You play a key role in coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual commitments in terms of quality, cost, and delivery timelines. Key Responsibilities - Customer Program CoordinationPlan and coordinate the execution of customer ordersLead and align internal stakeholders (production, supply chain, engineering, etc.)Anticipate risks and ensure deadlines and quality standards are metCollaborate with suppliers and external partnersCustomer Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for customersHandle customer requests, expectations, and complaints through to resolutionBuild and maintain strong, long-term customer relationshipsRepresent the voice of the customer internallySales AdministrationManage orders from entry to invoicingEnsure contractual terms are properly applied (pricing, deadlines, incoterms, etc.)Coordinate delivery planning with internal teamsReporting and MonitoringTrack order progress and communicate key updates to customersPrepare and deliver regular reportsMonitor invoicing and payment follow-upContinuous ImprovementContribute to process improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirementsYour ProfileEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related fieldExperience in Customer Service or B2B client relationship managementExperience in an industrial or aerospace environment is a plusSkillsStrong command of English and French (written and spoken)Good knowledge of IT tools (SAP, Excel, etc.)Understanding of contractual terms (incoterms, etc.)Soft SkillsStrong customer-oriented mindsetExcellent organizational and prioritization skillsAbility to work under pressureProactive and solution-orientedStrong communication skillsWhat We OfferA key role in an international industrial environmentA transversal position with broad exposure to different departmentsA dynamic and solution-driven workplace
