* Monitor and analyse EU policy developments (health, research, digital, sustainability) and translate them into actionable insights
* Support advocacy activities, including drafting policy briefs, consultation responses, and stakeholder mapping
* Lead and coordinate cross-departmental corporate projects, ensuring clear planning, tracking, and reporting
* Identify and contribute to EU-funded project opportunities, including participation in grant applications
* Coordinate committee activities, including meeting preparation, follow-up actions, progress tracking, and stakeholder communication
* Strong understanding of EU policy and regulatory environment, ideally within health, research, or sustainability
* Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
* Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
* Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and work across teams in an international environment
* Master's degree (e.g., political science, public health, or related) with relevant experience in policy, projects, or similar roles
