Our Senior Consultants help clients design, shape and implement the organizations of tomorrow. They are multi‑faceted people with a good knowledge of the day‑to‑day workings of an organization and a great ability to analyze different aspects of business operations. By combining analytical rigor, curiosity, and people‑centric thinking they support organizations from C‑level strategic design up to hands‑on implementation.
They work on Target Operating Models, organizational design, process optimization, and transformation programs, making change meaningful, structured, and sustainable.
Understanding and analyzing organizations
* Assess current organizational structures, governance, and roles
* Analyze end‑to‑end processes, identify gaps, inefficiencies & improvement levers
* Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to support recommendations
Designing the Target Operating Model
* Co‑create future‑state org designs with C‑level leaders
* Define roles & responsibilities, governance frameworks and reporting lines
* Clarify capabilities, competencies and workforce needs
* Translate strategy into an actionable blueprint for execution
Supporting implementation & adoption
* Develop transition plans, process improvements and implementation roadmaps
* Facilitate workshops, working sessions and stakeholder alignment
* Prepare clear, sharp and engaging presentations for leadership teams
* Coordinate change activities, communication, training and readiness
Driving impact at every step
* Track results, monitor risks, and ensure alignment across workstreams
* Challenge status quo with a constructive and analytical mindset
* Build trust with internal and client teams
* Contribute to continuous improvement and long‑term sustainability
Other responsibilities
* Onboard, coach and inspire younger consultants as you grow
* Support internal initiatives, methodology development & knowledge sharing
Requirements
OK, AND HOW CAN YOU GET THERE?
* You hold a Master’s degree in a field you enjoy: Economics, Business, Engineering, HR/Organizational Studies, Public Administration, Psychology, Finance… we’re quite open.
* You speak English and French, German or Dutch.
* And ideally, you have experience in one or several of the following:
✔ Organizational design / Target Operating Model / governance / workforce planning
✔ Transformation projects or PMO activities
✔ Process mapping and process optimization
✔ Business or strategic analysis (quantitative & qualitative)
✔ Building strong, sharp, executive‑ready presentations
✔ Managing or coordinating project deliverables
✔ Working with multiple stakeholders in a structured, professional way
